Some of my favorite blogs are those of pastors. They have a unique perspective of doctrine born of direct application on a daily basis. Here is another example of such a blog. Mark Horne pastors a recent church plant in South Carolina.

He wrote this week on Preparing for Holy Communion. This next Sunday is the first Sunday of the month and so many of us will likely partake of the Lord’s Supper this week. Pastor Horne offers some valuable ideas on how to prepare ourselves for this Sacrament. This is excellent insight both into why and how we should prepare ourselves.
